Registration Instructions

Instructions for conference registration only:

Please register with the Conftool registration system using the “Register here” button at the top and bottom of this page.
Please create a user account in Conftool first and then register for the conference.
The corresponding registration costs can be found in the table below.
If you are an IEEE-RAS/EMBS member, please also enter your membership number. Students please also upload a corresponding proof. You can either pay by credit card or transfer the amount.
By providing your IEEE membership number of RAS/EMBS, you allow us to check your membership status with the professional organization. Failing to confirm membership status will result in a non-member fee without refund of previously paid fees.

Please also indicate if you have uploaded a paper in PaperPlaza and enter your paper ID from PaperPlaza in the corresponding field in Conftool. 1 paper is already included in the conference fees. If you wish to submit a second final paper, this will cost 200 €. Papers should be maximum of 6 pages in length, with up to two extra pages maximum at the cost of 175 € per extra page. Please check the appropriate boxes in Conftool. After registration you will receive an e-mail with a submission key for the final upload of your paper(s) in PaperPlaza.

All authors must go to the RAS portal https://ras.papercept.net, login with their PIN and password in “IEEE/RAS/EMB BIOROB 2024” and submit the final paper.

Registration Terms

Biorob 2024 does not refund conference fees in case of cancellations, Visa-issues, special circumstances, perceived mismatch in member/non-member-fees etc. Please contact the IEEE RAS/EMBS secretary for additional details.
